WC111 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Introduction

Welcome to WC111. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and WC111 ("WC111", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WC111 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services offered through the platform.

By registering an account at WC111, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the WC111 platform.

WC111 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, and esports betting services. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all users accessing WC111 from Pakistan.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a WC111 account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WC111 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. This is a hard rule, not a guideline.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested by WC111 for the purpose of account verification.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on WC111. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.
• You must not register or use a WC111 account on behalf of any third party. The account must be used only by the registered account holder.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming and betting services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of WC111 complies with any applicable local regulations in your location.

WC111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Responsibilities

When you register a WC111 account, you take on a set of responsibilities that are essential for the security of your account and the integrity of the platform as a whole.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share these details with any other person under any circumstances. WC111 staff will never ask for your password.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your WC111 account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify WC111 support immediately. WC111 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Your account details — including your registered name, date of birth, and national identity information — must remain accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting WC111 support.

WC111 accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for any commercial purpose, for facilitating third-party betting activity, or as part of any organised scheme is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on WC111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your WC111 account balance within seconds of confirmation in your mobile wallet application. Processing times for other payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals at WC111 must belong to the registered account holder. WC111 does not accept payments from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or business accounts not registered in the account holder's name. Deposits received from ineligible sources may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform's Deposit section. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests at WC111 are subject to account verification. If your account has not completed the verification process, WC111 may place a hold on withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed. WC111 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times depend on the payment method selected and are outside WC111's direct control once submitted to the payment provider.

WC111 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of WC111. Any such charges are outside WC111's control and responsibility.

In the event a deposit is credited to your WC111 account in error, you must notify WC111 immediately. You may not withdraw or wager funds that have been credited in error, and WC111 reserves the right to reverse any such credit at any time.

5Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on WC111 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, tennis, and esports — are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules for that event and market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. WC111 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at its discretion, including applying individual account stake limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet edit feature for that specific market. The availability of cash-out and edit features varies by sport and event.

WC111 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the minimum play requirement is met as defined by the rules of the relevant sport.
• Where odds were published in error due to a technical or pricing fault that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• Where the integrity of an event is under investigation or has been compromised.
• Where a bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific rules of the relevant market.

WC111's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you may raise a dispute through WC111 support within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6Casino & Slots

WC111's live casino and slot games are provided for entertainment purposes. All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams, as applicable to the game type. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are available within each game's individual information panel.

Casino game outcomes are determined independently of any previous result. WC111 does not influence game outcomes and cannot guarantee any particular result for any individual gaming session. Past performance of any game, whether for you personally or the platform in general, is not indicative of future results.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino and slot games and are displayed within the game interface. Stakes are placed and winnings are paid in PKR.

WC111 reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical error, software fault, or communications failure has affected the integrity or correct completion of that round. In such cases, WC111 will aim to return the stake for the affected round to the player's account.

Users must not attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviours in any casino or slot title. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of such issues are not considered valid and will be removed from the account balance. Repeated exploitation attempts may result in account suspension.

7Bonuses & Promotions

WC111 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each offer is communicated, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or sports markets, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply across WC111 promotions unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual offer. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on your WC111 account at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. WC111 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus amounts and any associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to the use of low-risk or hedge betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• WC111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being used, except in cases of fraud or misuse.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WC111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not provided by WC111 to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unwarranted advantage.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not authorised for your use, including stolen card or wallet credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering or using WC111 in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WC111 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another user's account without authorisation.

WC111 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions where investigations relate to fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the platform.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the WC111 platform — including but not limited to the WC111 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of WC111 or its licensed content providers and is protected accordingly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the WC111 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any WC111 content without prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to WC111 regarding the platform may be used by WC111 without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality to you.

10Limitation of Liability

WC111 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While WC111 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate information, WC111 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, WC111 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside WC111's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Any technical fault in a casino game or slot that arises from the game provider's software rather than WC111's platform infrastructure.
• Any decision you make regarding whether to place a bet or play a game, or the outcome of any such bet or game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits WC111's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Responsible Gaming

WC111 is committed to providing a gaming environment that prioritises player wellbeing alongside entertainment. Online gaming and sports betting carry financial risk and are not a guaranteed source of income. WC111 strongly encourages all users to approach the platform as an entertainment activity with a pre-set budget and clear personal limits.

WC111 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account to automatically prevent overspending.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to prompt you to review how long you have been active on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you feel you need a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the WC111 platform if you feel that gaming has become harmful to you. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the stated exclusion period.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms, including WC111.

12Account Termination & Suspension

WC111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Dormancy — accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WC111 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason and no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the payment method most recently used for a deposit.

You may close your WC111 account at any time by contacting WC111 support. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, WC111 will process the closure and return any withdrawable real-money balance to you after completing any required verification steps.

13Changes to These Terms

WC111 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, WC111 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the WC111 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last reviewed and updated. WC111 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
